Before you enter the contest, there are certain rules that you must follow to
qualify.  Enteries that don't follow these rules will disqualify.

1. You can not be part of U-S Staff.

2. No nudity or strong language in the signature.

3. No flash signatures ( must be decided by staff ), please try to use GIF animation.

4. Winners of last contests can not enter their wining signature more than one time.
